Winter Holidays Fast Approach

What a talented group Division 2 is!?  Congratulations to all our Winter Concert performers.  Our "12 Days of Wolfe-mas," the Wolfe Choir, and the Pop Choir were outstanding.  A special shoutout to our Division 2 soloists: Astrid, Athena, Fiona, Jessica, Ruby, and Ysabelle.  They truly wowed us.

Students received their report cards last Friday.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.  We are happy to discuss it.

Today was our first day of caroling in the halls.  It is one of our very favourite parts of the winter holidays.  Miss Kelly and her lovely sons even joined us this morning.  We would love to invite you all to join us too.  Come and check out our Christmas door at the same time.  You can even leave your child a little note inside their stocking!

Just a few reminders about this week:
Thursday, Dec 17  - Mixed Nuts Field Trip
Friday, Dec 18 - PJ & Stuffie Day, Div 2 Gift Exchange, Gr. 6/7 Dance

If we don't get a chance to see you before the holidays, have a restful break and we will both see you in the New Year!

Happy Hanukkah!

It's the second day of Hanukkah.  The holiday season is truly upon us.  Division 2 is feverishly practicing our contribution to the Winter Concert, "12 Days of Wolfemas."  It's sounding awesome! The performance will be this Thursday at 1pm and 7pm.  All students should be at school by 6:45 to prepare for the show.

Grade 7 students have just started a new Social Studies project.  The following links should help them out as they research:

We also had a fantastic time at the Terry Salman Library last week.  I was so impressed to see our class using the library's online resources and requesting books.  In fact, we may make a visit there a regular thing!  Here are a couple of photos:
