Homework Board - Thurs, March 15th

Yay to Division 3! The Heritage Fair essays are done and handed in.  I can’t wait to read them all.  Great work!  Miss Kelly and I have also been very impressed with all the hard work on the Heritage Fair displays happening this week.

Janet from Historica Canada came in today to discuss the displays  as well.  It was very helpful.  One of the key things she suggested was to add a personal note, specifically a hand drawn portrait.  Another suggestion was something  “outside the box” like a comic, an interview, or a movie.  She also emphasized the theme of the overall project and display.

All boards are welcome to go home over the break, although they do not have to.  All information and articles should be complete by the time we are back from the break, and then we have a week to put the displays together.  Spring Break is for rest and fun!  Enjoy!
